Repeat color combination in both directions.

Note:  Start with a knot on the underside of the canvas 2" away from the plaid area.  Come up to the top and back down again 1 canvas hole next to the rowyou will be stitching.  Stitch the row.  Come back up1 canvs thread from the row and leave a 2" stail.  Do this on all rows horizontally and diagonally.

When the area is finished, glue the plaid area on the underside with fabric glue.  Let dry and then trip fringe around the plaid.
