Diagonal Hungarian Ground Stitch

Uses:  Backgrounds, Fields, Buildings (one color)

Diagonal Hungarian Ground is excellent for large areas such as backgrounds, fields or sky.

To apply this stitch onto canvas, first work the green lines on the graph.  Like many other diagonal stitches, you will start in the upper left hand corner of the canvas and travel to the lower right.  Skip the required amount of canvas threads and work your way back to the original corner.  Last, you will fill in with the small Mosaic stitches. 

You can work Diagonal Hungarian Ground in one or two colors or threads.
