Double Variation Stitch

Uses:  Clothes, Fields (turn graph 90 degrees), Borders (one or two columns)

Work the long black crosses first traveling down from right to left on your canvas.  You may wish to complete the cross before starting a new one.  When you finish the black crosses, insert the red ones. 

Double Variation is stunning when worked with two different colors or threads.
